foreclosures, probate and government-owned.

We'll use our expertise, negotiating skills and knowledge to your benefit.
We will make available lists of qualified experts, such as property inspectors,
termite companies, lenders and insurors.
Loyalty:You'll
have our undivided loyalty. We can show you any property and we can negotiate
on your behalf without prejudice because we do not list property for sale,
nor does our company.
Obedience:
You're the boss! we'll obey your lawful instructions in dealing with your
real estate business. We will give helpful advice so you can make informed
decisions.
Accountability:
We'll account to you for any money or property we handle for you, and we
won't accept any commissions, bonuses or free trips without your consent.
Disclosure:
We will tell you everything we know or can learn good or bad about the
property, its value, or the seller's motivations. We will run a comparable
market analysis, so you will know if the property is priced above or below
the current market for the neighborhood.
